A full redesign of a house in Lansdowne. Additions include: 2 new bedrooms,1 new bathroom, new lounge and dining, new bar and entertainment area as well as laundry area,new carport and double garage. The idea is to completely renovate the home on the inside,removing walls to free up the space inside.The main influence for this project was the need to utilise the large corner plot whilst allowing for a private inside/outside relationship.The clients wanted to be able to entertain as well as have private areas which could be sealed off at any time.
