Functions include; Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, open plan kitchen, lounge and entertainment area with views, double garage with storage area and spare room on lower level, The site has quite a slope, thus situating it in a position for exquisite views. Contextually the surroundings have influenced the architecture a great deal, functions have been laid out to utilize views and form and technology are largely based on the surroundings.
